CALL FOR VENDORS………
We are looking for vendors to promote their businesses and arts organizations. We want vendors to sell tools or products, and distribute business information to the attendees at the Indiana Clay Conference. Applications available until September 1, 2025 or until all vendor spaces are filled.
Would you like to sponsor the awards for the State of Clay in Indiana IV exhibition? Sponsors will receive special recognition on conference promotional materials for the exhibition. If interested, please indicate on the application form and Seth Green, Director of the Indiana Clay Conference, will contact you.

Vendor applications are now open for the 4th Biennial Indiana Clay Conference held on October 4-5, 2025. The conference is hosted by Ball State University in partnership with Purdue University Fort Wayne
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. All businesses, non-profit organizations (community art centers, etc.) are welcome to apply.
BENEFITS: Vendors will receive two complimentary tickets to the conference.
REQUIREMENTS:
Payment for booth is required in order to complete your application.
Upload proof of 501c3 status (applicable only for non-profit org.) and one high-resolution logo of your organization to use in our promotional materials.
Vendor tables must be manned for the entire conference (we are working on volunteers to give vendors a break if needed; this will be confirmed closer to the conference).
BOOTH SIZES & PRICES:
Single 10 x 10 Space (includes one 8 foot table) $350
Double 10 x 20 Space (including two 8 foot tables) $550
Single 10 x 10 Space for Non-Profits (includes one 8 foot table) $250
IMPORTANT DATES: Applications can be submitted until September 1, 2025. Email updates will be sent to all vendors two weeks before the conference with table location at the L.A. Pittenger Student Center and other information. All booth contents must be removed by Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, before 7 pm (time is tentative; the exact time will be communicated in the information email sent before the conference).
SALES & COMMISSIONS: All sales and commissions are to be handled by the vendors. No commissions will be collected by the Indiana Clay Conference.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Fill out the application form below. Be sure to upload proof of 501c3 status (if applicable) and one high-resolution logo of your organization.
