Presentation
RESEARCH: Presentations should explore compelling ideas or advancements in ceramics. Preference will be given to educational and research-based topics rather than traditional artist talks.
HISTORY: Topics may explore any area of historical research, with preference given to those that highlight perspectives related to the Indiana region.
PEDAGOGY: Best practices and creative approaches to ceramics education in K-12 schools, universities, workshops, and community clay centers.
TECHNOLOGY: Share how you integrate emerging technologies into your ceramic practice, such as 3D printing, artificial intelligence and large language models, CNC, CAD, and beyond.
INTERNET PRESENCE: Strategies for building a strong online presence as an artist, including audience engagement, marketing, photography, and sales.
OTHER: A topic of your choosing. This year, the 2025 conference will highlight high school ceramic education, so proposals related to this topic may be given priority.
